Wind Login Terms and Conditions for Bangladesh Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wind login platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and wind login. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the wind login platform.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use wind login, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Wind login is strictly an adult platform and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a wind login employee or contractor.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, and mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account at wind login. Each person is permitted one account only.

03 Account Responsibilities

Your wind login account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions made. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Wind login recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service. If any of the information you provided during registration changes — including your mobile number or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false or outdated information may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at wind login are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Wind login supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods. Deposits are credited to your wind login account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Wind login does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals at wind login are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance, processing may take longer.

• Minimum deposit at wind login is BDT 200. Minimum withdrawal is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified. Wind login may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold.
• Wind login reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your wind login account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• Wind login does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used must belong to the registered account holder.

If a withdrawal is declined, wind login will notify you of the reason and, where possible, provide guidance on how to resolve the issue. Funds that cannot be returned due to a closed or invalid payment account will be held in your wind login balance pending resolution.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Wind login offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a total of 20 times before any withdrawal is permitted. If this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance. Wind login's decision in such cases is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Wind login reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system fault.

07 Prohibited Activities
